Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available throughout the country, with the option of home delivery by courier for an additional fee of ₪20.

2. Order Processing

Due to a high volume of orders, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed.

3. Delivery Times

Orders within Israel are expected to arrive within 7–14 business days after the order processing period.

Some products are shipped from our warehouses located overseas. Due to the current security situation and the war in the country, delivery times may take longer than usual.

For the avoidance of doubt, "business days" under this policy means Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and official days of rest.

4. Order Updates

After receiving your order confirmation by email, you will receive an additional notification after several days once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for any act or omission by the shipping company, and no compensation will be provided to the customer in the event of delays caused by shipping companies.

6. Delays Beyond Our Control

Without limiting the foregoing, the customer agrees that The Little Angels shall not be held responsible for delays in the delivery of products caused by events beyond its control, including strikes, disruptions, failures in communication, telephone and/or computer systems, hostilities, or force majeure events such as war, strikes, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, and similar circumstances.

7. Identification Upon Delivery

Products will be delivered upon presentation of the customer's identification document and the order confirmation number received from the ordering system for the transaction.

At its sole and absolute discretion, the website operator and/or anyone acting on its behalf may require additional identification as a condition for delivering the items to the customer.

8. Shipping Fees and Refused Deliveries

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you refuse any shipment from us, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, in addition to the cost of returning the package to us. These amounts will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.

Important Notice Regarding Delivery

To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and within the delivery timeframe advertised by us, please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information.

Using the correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route or delivery instructions, where applicable, is essential to ensuring timely delivery.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or delivered incorrectly if the address details provided at the time of purchase were incorrect or incomplete. The Little Angels is not responsible for delays resulting from the return of a shipment to the warehouse.

All products from The Little Angels are shipped from our warehouses located overseas. Therefore, shipping delays may occur, and delivery times depend on the shipping carriers.
